§ With
the reservation of a 9 x 9 space, we will provide one 8ft table, two chairs, and two badges. More chairs may be provided with
appropriate notice if available at no additional charge. There will be a charge of $5.00 for additional or lost badges.
§ With
the reservation of a 4.5 x 9 space we will provide two chairs and two badges. You must provide your own table.
You may decorate your booth
in any fashion you choose. Please use your discretion.
Here are some general rules that apply.
1. Treat each other and your space with respect.
No rude or suggestive behavior will be tolerated.
2. No alcoholic beverages or smoking is permitted
on the premises.
3. Vendors making partial
payments, must have their space paid in full by April 15th. All spaces are reserved upon full payment and on
a first come-first served basis. Deposit money will be forfeited if full payment is not received by April 15th
and no spaces are available.
4. Cancellations made prior to April 30th
will result in a forfeiture of 50% of monies paid for booth.
5. Cancellations made after
April 30th will result in the forfeiture of entire payment.
6. We will not allow more than three people working
in a large space; two people in a small space.
7. Please be prepared to set up and take down your
booth space within the allotted time. You are responsible to clean up your space.
o I wish to participate
in the 2010 Lessons in Light Expo on Saturday, June 26th, from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Set up may begin Friday, June 25th after 3:30 p.m. and must be completed no later than 7:30 p.m.
You
may also choose to set up Saturday morning, as early as 8:30 a.m.
o I wish to participate in the 2010 Lessons in Light
Expo on Sunday, June 27th, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
You may set up Sunday morning, as early as 8:30 a.m.

Vendors should be prepared to depart the building on Sunday, June 27th, no later than 8:00 p.m.***
