| Awesome house!! My husband and I had a wonderful time with our 2 boys and their cousins.
It is a perfect retreat for families. The house is located on a nice quaint street next to a cranberry bog. It is extremely
clean, bright and cheery. The bedrooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Great backyard for cookouts and playing
catch. We had everything we needed and more. We will definately be back. Thanks for a great Cape Cod weekend! |

| We just wanted to let you know that had a great time at our "girls weekend away!"
The house is great...so clean and modern. So many thoughtful touches you don't usually find-and tired moms need that sometimes!
It was so nice to have the local spas and restaurants open in the off season, as it was both peaceful and relaxing, yet tons
of fun! We will definitely rent from you again next winter! |

My husband and I stayed here with our two small grandchildren at the end of September.
We had a wonderful time, the house is lovely and everything that the kids needed was right there. I really appreciated the
beautiful baths and the washer dryer. So often in rentals things are a bit old and used. Here everything is bright, clean
and new. The location was great, cranberry bogs at the end of the road, beach very close and several very good places to eat,
even though we were after the season.Nice shops to check out and for any of you quilters, there is a first class quilt shop
near bye. I was surprised how warm the water was and how great the weather was. It was nice to be able to enjoy the Cape without
huge crowds. We hope to get back this year. Thanks for sharing your home with us. |

| Perfect vacation house for a range of guests: lots of beds for families yet intimate
enough for couples. Perfectly located on mid-south Cape in Harwichport, halfway between Provincetown and Falmouth. Town center
is an easy walk. Close to fine restaurants, bike trails, beaches and major transporation routes. All necessary accomodations
and "extras", including full kitchen, linens and towels, outside shower, phone, cable TV with VCR/DVD, stereo, full laundry,
BBQ grill, hammock, picnic table, and basement storage. Owners great to deal with. You can tell they put quite a lot of thought
into providing for their guests. Plus, wonderful sunsets over cranberry bogs. We'll be back, hopefully often! |

| The house was great--we enjoyed the location, the yard, the barbecue and the house
itself which always felt clean, bright and restful. The neighbors were also very friendly and gave us a lot of beach tips.
We used the bike a lot. You might tell future renters about the bike path through the cape--if I had known about it I might
have brought my own bike and cruised around even more. The brochures and the phonebook were useful in finding restaurants
and the movie theater and shopping, etc. I'd definitely be intersted to come again in future summers... Thanks. Best, Danae |

Maura, We all want to thank you for everything you did to accomadate us and we
all loved the house. We are trying to pin down a week for next year and I will be in touch. What is the procedure for booking
so far in advance? I will pass on the info for the other house to my friend. I really enjoyed meeting you and next summer
we should try to drag you out for a girls night. Thanks again, Debbie
