In my garden, these butterfly species are those that I have seen nectaring at the most different species of nectar plants. These are also probably the most common butterflies in my garden.

    • Sachem (43 different nectar plants)
    • Cabbage White (38 different nectar plants)
    • Silver Spotted Skipper (36 different)
    • Eastern Tiger Swallowtail (27 different)
    • Orange Sulphur (25 different)
    • Monarch (24 different)
    • Gray Hairstreak (20 different)
    • Zabulon Skipper (18 different)
    • Pearl Crescent (18 different)
    • Peck's Skipper (16 different)
    • Red-banded Hairstreak (15 different)
    • Summer Azure (15 different nectar plants)
