Daniel Patrick Connell is an experienced trial attorney and a lifelong
resident of Montgomery County, where he currently resides with his wife and three children. A combat decorated ex-Marine,
Connell served with a Light Armored Reconnaissance Company in Desert Storm. He has broad experience in every aspect of criminal
law and has practiced extensively in the Circuit Court where he has handled scores of significant jury trials. While in civil
litigation, he assisted disabled veterans in complex and successful class action litigation coming before the U.S. Court of
Veterans' Appeals. Dan Connell brings experience, strength and compassion.
Daniel Patrick Connell was nominated for the Circuit Court because
of the strength of his character and his distinguished record of legal service, including his service to the poor. Connell

In accepting the nomination, Connell said, "It will be my great
honor to serve the people of Montgomery County and I will do so consistent with the law and my personal belief that under

that works for people who cannot afford expensive, protracted litigation. And we are entitled to a judiciary whose service
