§ 9.1-186. (Effective October 1, 2005) Definitions
"Bail Enforcement Agent," also known as "bounty hunter," means any individual engaged
in bail recovery.
Not all training is the same. Reading regulations,
listening to war stories and watching videos is simply not enough. Learning how to find and apprehend a bailee
safely and effectively is what we at CSI Academy train each of our students to do. If you or your Agents don't
receive the correct training, you simply open yourself up to vicarious liability. Don't let everything you worked so
hard to achieve be lost to poor training.
