11.19.09:
Framework is almost complete. Once the lower keel piece is removed, the wing slides into position with the innermost ribs straddling the fusselage side keels. The wing stringers act as 'stops' to make sure the incidence is set properly.

Next will be cowl sheeting and tail feather cap strips...

 
11.16.09:
Framing continues. The fuselage stringers have been added except for the bottom where the wing will be inserted. The tail feathers have been built and are awaiting 1/16x1/32 'cap strips'. The wing has been started.
 
11.14.09:
Construction finally begins. The magnetic board is a great tool to use when trying to align the formers vertically. The main fuselage framework is comlete. Next will be adding the stringers.
 
11.08.09:
Okay...just so I can say I've started this project, here's a photo of the parts being cut out and partial plan view.
