IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED AS A FOSTER PARENT YOU MUST:
Be 21 years of age or older
Be able to make a commitment to the foster animal in your care until a permanent home is found
Be able to provide food, love and attention to the foster animal in your care. All medical care is provided by Purrfect
Paws Rescue. You must notify one of our Board Members to schedule any veterinary visits, including emergencies, all of which
are provided by our participating veterinarians/emergency hospitals. The Director of the rescue can be reached 24 hours a
day and you will be provided with a list of numbers where Board members can be reached 24/7.
You will be provide with a Foster Care Manual and sign a foster care agreement upon approval.
Please remember that P.P.R.. reserves the right to approve or deny any application.
No animal will be placed into a prospective foster care home who mislead and/or fail to provide accurate information on
the foster care application.
I hereby attest that all of the information contained in this document is accurate . Further, I agree to allow a representative
of P.P.R. to verify this information through telephone contact, including, but not limited to, previous/current vet records
and landlord approval. I understand that PurrFect Paws Rescue takes every precaution in screening animals for foster care
placement and makes no guarantee relating to the animals’ health, behavior or actions. I understand that I receive foster
care animals at my own risk and can reject and must return any foster animal for which PurrFect Paws Rescue has asked me to
provide care. I indemnify and hold PurrFect Paws Rescue free and harmless from all liability arising out of any and all claims,
demands, losses, damages, action, judgment of every kind and description which may be suffered by me, members of my household,
or any third parties by reason of activities arising out of this agreement.
