This is Blizzard, he was one day short of going to his foster to adopt home when he got sick at the
shelter. The shelter staff said that they did everything they could for him, but had to euthanize him because he was
so sick......They did not take him to the vet, they just euthanized him. Blizzard had a home waiting for him........He never
made it out of the shelter.
Blizzard had irresponsible owners who never vaccinated him, then they dropped him off at the shelter, They just
didn't want him anymore.....and poor Blizzard paid the ultimate price....with his life.
BAILEY was bought from a local pet store 3 1/2 years ago and he was sick with kennel cough when he was taken home,
he was nursed back to health by his owner and they formed a very special bond. Bailey was 3 years old when he started
seizing and after 3 days of intense vet care could not recover so his owner had no choice but to stop his suffering.
Bailey's owner is heartbroken over the loss of her friend. She started doing research into the breeder of her dog
and found out that Bailey did come from a Lancaster Pa, Amish Puppy Mill. Turns out that this Pet Store has 40 cases
against it for selling sick puppies.....information obtained thru the Attorney Generals Office........This Pet Store is no
longer able to sell puppies.
Meet Chewey, He never made it to his first birthday, You see this little 20# Sheltie mix was never
vaccinated by his owner when he was a pup. Chewey found himself abandoned and at a shelter where he contracted a
virus that he could not fight off due to his immature immune system. This poor little guy never had a chance at
a great life because of his owners irresponsible actions, had he been vaccinated he would be alive today enjoying life. Please
be responsible with your pets and vaccinate them.......give them a chance life.
