Our home is just off historical W. Venice Ave, one block before you reach the Gulf of Mexico and Venice's white sand beach. The home has three bedrooms & three full bathrooms, living room, great room, eat-in kitchen plus a lanai/sunroom overlooking our brand new heated salt-water pool. Venice was just recently listed as one of the 10 best places to retire by US News and World Reports; after just a brief stay in Venice, it's easy to understand why. Sarasota, which is frequently voted one of the best cities in the US, is only 25 mins away.
