The Parents Club is an organization comprised of Parents, Teachers and Administrators working together to make your child’s years at South memorable.  We encourage your children to join after school activities as this foster citizenship, sportsmanship, and socialization.  Our meetings are held monthly in the teacher’s cafeteria on the first Thursday of every month during the school year.  While attending our meetings, you will have an opportunity to speak with the Principal, Student Activities Director, and our Athletic Director to discuss upcoming events during the school year. 

The Club has been a tradition at South High for over 30 years and is an important organization in the Community.  This would not be possible without people who donate there time and energy to make the Club the success that it has been and we wish to continue this tradition with your help and support.  It is important to be involved in your child’s education.  Children learn by example, if you are involved than your children are more likely to be involved.  South has clubs of ALL interests.  Encourage your child to try new things, join new activates and be involved in school.  After school activities not only foster citizenship, sportsmanship and socialization it also helps your child academically.
