This website is dedicated to helping our soldiers that are fighting overseas.  I am currently working to organize residents in Howell Township, New Jersey and all of Monmouth County to send care packages to our troops stationed overseas.

Here’s how it works.  Soldiers from a unit stationed overseas post messages on the website, Anysoldier.com.  In their messages these soldiers ask for all types of items from microwaves to letters.  Most of all these soldiers want to know that we support them.  That is where you and I come in.  You can go to the website Anysoldier.com and find a military unit(s) that you would like to show your support for and send them care packages.  Or you can drop items and letters off to us, and we will send them on behalf of our community.

I am volunteering my time to ship packages as many people may want to help, but may not have the time to do it on their own.  You can help our effort in several ways.  You can look through my list of items that I am sending, here, and drop off the items at one of the locations that I have designated, here.  You can also help by donating your time in packing the boxes to send or by donating money to help in the costs of shipping.  On average boxes cost about $8.00 to ship, and as you may guess it does get pretty expensive.  If you do not have the time to shop for items you may make a donation and we will do the shopping for you.  100% of any donation goes to support the troops overseas.  So I am asking my neighbors of Howell and all of Monmouth County to pitch in and let’s show our troops the support they deserve.
