b-'43', m-'64', w-'01'. Just 17 months before he died, our beautiful 19 year-old daughter lost her battle with ovarian cancer. I have 2 children left: Cindy ('65') is married and had a baby boy ('02') who only lived 20 days. Tim ('70' ) is still single. I thank God for them. I attend a Southern Baptist Church at least 3 times each week. I teach a Sunday School class for 4 and 5 year-old children. I know that God is with me and will see me through anything, but I am so lonely and miss my husband and daughter so very much. Any support I can get will be welcomed.

b-'37', m-'57', w-'95'. I have 3 children and 6 granchildren. I am very lonely. I belong to a club; meetings are twice a month. This helps some. Mr hubby died from pancreatic cancer at the age of 62. I'd like to talk to other persons to see how they cope. My kids are great, but they have their own lives and don't understand my needs just to talk. I can't even bring up my husband's name, they get upset. I retired as a CNA with the local hospital. My husband and I were going to travel. I can relate to other peoples' dreams being shattered. You just have to pick up the pieces and go on.
