The service I will provide is a total evaluation of the property to include; all structural, mechanical
(plumbing heating and air conditioning), electrical, appliances, roofing, foundation, intertor and included outbuildings.
You will recieve a written report outlining the conditions of all the mentioned components within 24
hours of the inspection. A "summary" of findings can be delivered at the time of the inspection to help your agent or representative
in contract negotiations.
All inspections are done in accordance with the standards of practice of "NACHI", "ASHI", and the state
of Virginia.
Most inspections will take from 1.5 hours (for a small condominium) to several hours for very large home.
The average 2500 sq. ft. home generally takes 2-3 hours.
What is inspected?
EXTERIOR
Roof, exterior siding and trim, foundation, chimneys, windows, doors, stairs, decks, railings, etc.
INTERIOR
Interior walls, ceilings, floors, doors and windows.
All plumbing, electrical service panels, receptacles and appliances.
Heating and air conditioning equipment.
Attics, insulation, basements and crawl spaces.
Also, any outbuildings included in the inspection such as, garages, sheds, stables, workshops, etc.
