To arrange for an inspection
To book an inspection, please call the phone number at the bottom of the page, or click the e-mail link as soon
as you have found a home that you are interested in. It is important to have the property inspected as soon as possible to
allow time for contract negotiations that may be necessary depending on the results of the inspection.
Try to be present for the inspection, if at all possible. You will learn much more about the property if are
able to be at the inspection. I can answer your questions and address your concerns on a personal basis.
All home inspections will be a non-intrusive, visual inspection of the accessible components of the home at the
time of the inspection. Each inspection will be carried out in accordance with the standards of practice of the American Society
of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and the state of Virginia regulation for home inspectors set fourth July, 2003.
