My home and office is located in central Powhatan County, within one hour of all of the Richmond metro area.

As a native of the Richmond area, I am familiar with most all of the communities in the region. And, over the years have inspected homes in most of them. 

The areas served include, City of Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, Goochland, Powhatan, Louisa, New Kent, Prince George, King William, Amelia, Cumberland and Dinnwiddie Counties. City of Hopewell, City of Ashland and Cities of Petersburg and Colonial Heights.
