Ten Quick Tips for Successful Interviewing

1)      Just in case the main contact is unavailable when the candidate arrives, provide an alternate contact for the candidate.

2)      Some time in advance of the day of the interview, make an interview schedule.

3)      Determine which areas of candidate experience each interviewer will focus on.

4)      Should you find the candidate to be a good prospect, be prepared to sell the position and the company.

5)      Prior to the day of the interview, arrange an appropriate place to conduct the interview, such as a conference room.
