Sam R.I.P. 2006
We lost Sam after 12 great years. He was a favorite among our neighbors, well behaved, smart and just down right
fun. Warm and caring he was really getting into the hugs. Always by my side he is sorely missed.
However, a new member has joined the family & her name is Julie. Just under one year old, our Plott hound (the
state dog of NC) is coming along quite nicely. She does not photograph well because of her black/brindle coloring.
I'll have to work on it.

MOWSER R.I.P. 2006
Mowser was a great find, rescued from a barn with many sick cats and me being allergic to cats was truly an experience.
I quickly got use to the dander and Mowser took over the house. I never liked cats and the "mowse" really won me over.
He was also very affectionate and would always be found next to Sam rubbing up against him. Mowser enjoyed walking
on my shoulder like a parrot on a pirate, really a neat cat. He also passed in under two months of Sam passing, which
really made our home empty to say the least.
Well, with the acquisition of Julie the dog, within a short time Tino the rescued cat joined us. Although Tino
has long hair for a cat, he really worked the Mrs. over at the kennel and basically picked her. Tino is also very affectionate
and has to be near or leaning next to me. He gets along with Julie just great as they are both young and love
to attack and wrestle each other in a playful way. Tino also is black in color with rear white rabbit legs.
