Custom orders cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon receipt.  All items are shipped from Rainy Days in good condition and Rainy Days cannot be held responsible for items damaged in the shipping process.  However, if you should receive a damaged custom made item, then promptly email me with the details of the damages.  Once I receive your email, I will send you a confirmation and instructions for returning the item back to Rainy Days for a replacement. 

 

All other items are protected under the manufacturers return policies.  Email me with a detailed reason for your return and for instructions on returning/exchanging the item.
