RETURN POLICY:
All items are shipped from Rainy Days in good condition and Rainy Days cannot be held responsible for items damaged in
the shipping process. However, if you should receive a damaged item, then promptly
email me with the details of the damages and notify the shipping carrier
immediately. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGING
OR DAMAGED PRODUCT. The carrier will need the packaging and damaged items before they can process a reimbursement. Once
Rainy Days receives notice from you that an item was damaged, Rainy Days will process a claim with the carrier.
Once the carrier has reimbursed Rainy Days, the damaged item will either be replaced or a refund of equal value will be
sent to you.
All other items are protected under the manufacturers return policies.
Email me with a detailed reason for your return and for instructions on returning/exchanging the item.
All returns must be received within 10 days of receipt. The returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, with tags
and original packaging. Rainy Days requires the original receipt and packing slip to be included with return.
Store credit or equal exchange will be given to customer based on the condition of the returned item, the availability of
stock and at Rainy Days discretion as well as the original manufacturers policies.
There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and costs.
