Brown ground beef with green onions and drain.(set aside) |

Microwave florettes from small head of cauliflower (approx 7 min. till semi tender) |

In a glass 13 x 9 baking dish sprayed with Pam layer beef, cauliflower & cheese. |

In a separate bowl whisk together the eggs, sour cream, half/half, CQ, salt and pepper till batter is
smooth. |

Pour batter over beef mixture in dish. |

Bake at 350F for 40 minutes. |
