Chinese Barbecue Chicken Drumettes

2 lbs chicken wing drumettes
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. 1 carb ketchup
2 T. PolyD plus
3 T. SF Davinci caramel syrup
1 t. sesame seed oil
1/2 t. minced garlic

Blended soy sauce, ketchup, polyD, caramel syrup, sesame seed oil, and garlic.
Combine wings with mixture and marinate for 1 hour.
Bake in 9 X 13 glass dish at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour.
Baste occasionally with the marinate from the dish every ten or fifteen minutes.

2 lbs was 13 drumettes and slightly under 1 carb each
