1 T. SF Smuckers Seedless Blackberry preserves (5 carbs)
1/2 cup cottage cheese (4 carbs)

JELL-O Brand Sugar Free Raspberry Gelatin Snacks cups

1/4 cup Davinci Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup
6 cups SF Land O Lakes Whipped Heavy Cream (4 carbs)

Sweetzfree (1/2 c. sweetener equivalent)
Mix and combine all ingredients in at least a 2 1/2 qt mixing bowl 1 at a time until
smooth and well combined.
chill over night.
