3/4 cup    warm water  
1/4 cup    heavy cream  
2 large    eggs  
1 Tbs    olive oil  
1/2 tsp    salt  
3/4 cup    wheat protein isolate 8000  
1 cup    Carbalose  
3/4 cup    wheat protein isolate 5000  
1/4 cup    Resistant Wheat Starch 75  
2 tsp    baking powder  
1 tsp    sugar  
1   packet rapid rise yeast  
 
1 Combine all the dry ingredient in a glass mixing bowl.
2 Then put the wet ingredients in an electric mixing bowl.
3 With the paddle, mix the wet for about 1 minute on low then add the dry mixing till well combined.
4 Change the paddle for the dough hook and kneaded with the hook for 4 to 5 min.
5 Then turned the dough into a glass bread dish, cover and let rise for 1 hour in a warm draft free place. The dough will be quite sticky.
6 At 1 hour the dough will have about double in size.
7 Bake it in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes until golden brown.
