Check out our vacation home, located in the
small community of Sunset Lakes. Our "home away from home" is almost 1800 sq.
ft. and was built in 1999. When we found it, we thought it was perfect.The back of
the house has a wonderful view of the lake and the front yard faces a conservation
area.The sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking. On some mornings, hot air balloons
take off from across the lake. The area is quiet and serene but close to everything. Our
abode is but approximately 1 mile south of Route 192 and only 2 miles from Disney property
and Animal Kingdom.
The kitchen is large and comes fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking
equipment and appliances. We also include dishes for entertaining by the pool.
The pool area has a table, chairs and loungers. An outside shower is provided for your
convenience. Each exit to the pool area from the house is alarmed to protect children.
There is an open informal dining area; a large great room with a flat panel TV, DVD/VCR
combo and a queen sized sofa bed. High-speed wireless is available throughout the home. We
have an N64 'Nintendo' with games. Sliding glass doors lead to the pool area from the
great room and another from the dining area.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with a TV and an addditional sliding door to
the pool area. The master bath includes a stall shower and a hugh tub with a waterfall
faucet.
The front bedroom has a queen sized bed and shares a bath with another bedroom
containing twin-sized beds. The fourth bedroom has twin-sized beds with it's own private
bath.
Sunset Lakes is a gated community with a tot lot and a community pool.
Close by are an assortment of Golf Courses including Orange Lakes and The Legends.
We are 1 mile to local shops and restaurants, or a 5 minute drive to Disney property.
We are also close to Sea World, Universal Studios, and other major Orlando attractions.
Our home is a 1 hour drive to Cape Canaveral and the Ocean Coast and 90 minutes to
Tampa/St. Petersburg areas and the Gulf Coast.
Our home is licensed for rental, and has everything you could want, proximity to
attractions and shopping for those who want to be busy, while located in a quiet getaway,
near nature, with spectacular views and a private pool for those who want to relax. And,
for the price of a condo rental or a hotel room, you would have a lovely 'home away from
home' with your very own screened in pool to enjoy.

Our property management company handles the finances and they accept VISA, MasterCard
and American Express
A housecleaning fee of $80 will be
added to stays of less than 7 days. It is included for stays of 7 days or more.
Pool heat is an additional $25 per day
(only needed during the winter months).
Florida taxes total 13% and are not
included in the fee.
Reservation
deposit:of $250 due upon securing dates and receiving
confirmation number. This is subtracted from your total, and the balance is due 30 days
prior to check in. Should you need to cancel, we can apply the full $250.00 to a future reservation. If you cancel
prior to 45 days before arrival 50% of your deposit or $125.00 will be refunded.
Security deposit:$250 is taken at check in on credit card, but
not entered. Upon check out and inspection of house, the credit slip will be destroyed.
