We're located at
144 East Main St and our first floor apartment will be available after August 1st. It is partially
furnished - some of the items pictured are optional while others are not, those details can be provided, of course. The
apartment features one bedroom with built-in closets, large bathroom with laundry, kitchen with stove and refrigerator (other
small appliances are available), living room with storage area, dining room and a small alcove room. Access to the
basement for additional storage is an option. Driveway parking for one vehicle.
We are
asking for a 90-day rental agreement; base rent is $450 plus utilities. If tenant allows access to landlord for laundry facilities
(i.e. while the tenant is at work), then rent is $400 and we pay all water utilities.
