1. How do I reserve a Confetti Clown?
A deposit is required should you wish to hire us. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and Paypal.
Deposits can be made with a credit card, check or money order. Please note: You are NOT guaranteed a Confetti Clown unless
a deposit is made. A CASH balance is paid at the party.
Absolutely no Personal Checks are accepted to pay off your balance.
2. What is your cancellation policy?
Your deposit is refundable as long as you give us 24 hours notice.
There is a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the party, you will receive party credit
good for 1 year from the day of your party reservation.
3. What do you require for Face Painting?
A table with two chairs.
4. Are your face painting supplies safe for children?
Our face painting supplies are hypoallergenic. We use FDA approved paints that are safe, and easily removed with
soap and water. They are water based, extremely safe for facepainting.
5. What do you require for the Cotton Candy machine or Popcorn machine?
We need you to have a table set up near a working outlet.
6. Can I request a specific Confetti Clown?
We do take requests, however we cannot guarantee who you will get. (Clowns get sick too you know!)
7. Will I be charged more if additional children arrive?
No. You are charged based on the time we are there.
8. I am expecting a party for 15 kids or less. What do you recommend?
Our standard and most popular package is a 1 hour party which includes face painting, games and balloon animals.
For small parties, a silly magic show is also included.
9. I'm having waaaay more than 15 kids. What can you do?
If you only want 1 hour, we eliminate face painting, and do a silly magic show, with games and dancing and balloon animals.
If you wish to include face painting, we can add on time, usually an additional 1/2 hour for every 6 kids.
10. What time should entertainment arrive?
1 hour before you plan to cut the cake. You know your guests best. If they are punctual, then have us arrive
early. But if they are latecomers, well it's better for them to wait for us, than for us to wait for them.
It's very hard for us to entertain only the birthday child and 4 walls, when everyone else is late...:)
11. What is your policy with parking?
Parties taking place in Manhattan or in a park must provide parking. Whether you hold a spot for us, or reimburse
us for parking, either way is fine.
12. What happens if the entertainer arrives and guests are STILL late or no one shows up?
You have a choice. You can either have us do our show at the time you requested for your reservation regardless
of the # of guests present, or if our schedule allows, we can leave and come back if we have an available timeslot.
Should you decide to have us come back, there is a $50 fee added on to your balance. Should no one show up, you are
still responsible for your balance.
Ultimately we are not responsible if your guests do not arrive and we do expect payment as agreed upon when you
hired us.
13. What do you do if you are about to leave and a child arrives?
We will gladly make them a balloon, but once face painting is over, and our supplies are cleaned and put away, we cannot
open it up again. Your guests need to adhere to the time that was written on the invitation.
14. When should I pay the clown?
Please pay the clown upon arrival or as soon as the show is over. We would appreciate it if you were to have your
balance ready once we are done. Remember, we are on a schedule.
15. What about Gratuities?
Gratuities, while definitely appreciated for a good
performance, are optional and at your discretion.
16. What is the customary amount for a tip?
Again, this is completely up to you. :)
17. Do you offer discounts?
Our rates are very reasonable, given the quality entertainment we provide. We will gladly offer a $25 discount
if your party is held during the week.
18. Will kids have a good time?
OF COURSE!
19. Are your entertainers scary looking? We are looking for a non-threatening clown.
Check out the pics on our site. We use very little make up and are very cute. Do we look scary? We
don't think so. :)
20. Where do you travel?
NYC, Westchester, Long Island, Northern NJ and Southern CT. There will be a reasonable travel fee for parties that
are far from us.
21. Can we feed you at the party?
Yes, please offer us water or something to eat. We get hungry/thirsty in between parties, and sometimes we don't
have the time to stop to get something to eat. We won't eat in front of of your guests, so please pack it for us to
go, and we'll love you forever!
