Engineering Design Students are tasked to design a model town. Students develop a zoning code, and break into groups
to develop public, industrial, retail, transportation and residential areas.
Students are challenged to explore vertical zoning options, with an emphasis on high density and mixed zoning.
The sections are then integrated and the town design is presented.
