A little history to understand our roots...

Casey is an internationally recognized speaker, author and management professional who has trained thousands of people in business and personal development skills in eleven countries. His diverse professional background includes more than twenty years of executive level leadership experience in the areas of customer service, banking and finance, sales, and technology.

Casey has been speaking professionally for more than 10 years. His diverse professional background, education and his former life as a stand-up comic have prepared him for the life that he now lives and loves. Casey travels around the world, helping organizations and individuals learn new people skills while they laugh!  Casey's approach to learning always includes laughter, and his seminars and workshops are liberally laced with humor and fun.  Participants love his light-hearted format and come away from his presentations excited and well prepared to apply their new skills immediately.

Our Philosophy

To help people change their lives in a positive way. By working with people to better understand themselves and others, they can be more successful and happier in life. To help organizations understand their people, how to lead them, what motivates them, how to earn, build, and maintain their trust so that the organization is a better place to work.
 
I believe that organizations and people can be ethical and happy and be productive and profitable at the same time. People and organizations have forgotten that it's okay to be happy and ethical. You will still be successful and profitable in all that life has to offer.
 
I never met a happy person that wasn't growing as an individual. Likewise, I've never met an unhappy person that was.
 
I teach people and organizations to focus on their scope of influence, and learn to "take an interest," rather than "taking a position" when dealing with others.
