Wheel. That it had been taken on the Brooklyn side of the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge didn't spoil its appeal for Michaele Basciano,
a career counselor who has lived on Staten Island for 20 years and was the lone visitor in the gallery on one recent afternoon.
"There's a lot of movement in it," Ms. Basciano said. "A lot of vitality."
