Here, below, we have a Mother, who is a Gentile and worried for the safety of her child. She
is asking Jesus for help.
Jesus knowing that she is a Gentile says to her, I cannot help you. Whatever help I have must go to
the "The Wandering Sheep of The House of Israel" (The Jews). Jesus refused to take whatever help he had and offer
it to this women saying, I cannot take what help I have and give it to the DOGS!
Why would Jesus, who claimed to be The All Loving, All Caring, All Forgiving, "Son of God", Insult
This poor Women by calling her a DOG? Why Would He refuse to help this women who, was asking for help,
---- NOT FOR HERSELF…. But for her little Innocent girl.
Why did Jesus consider Gentiles To Be “Dogs”? Calling a Gentile a “Dog”
was the worst insult that a Jew could level at a Gentile. Your Bible says that these very words came from the mouth of
Jesus himself!
I Cannot Help You Women! It is Not right To Take The Children’s Bread And Give
It To The Dogs!
Here are those verses:
Mt 15:21 And Jesus went away from there into the country of Tyre and Sidon.
Mt 15:22 And a woman of Canaan came out from those parts, crying and saying, Have pity
on me, O Lord, Son of David; my daughter is greatly troubled with an unclean spirit.
Mt 15:23 But he gave her no answer. And his disciples came and said to him, Send her
away, for she is crying after us.
Mt 15:24 But he made answer and said, I was sent only to the wandering sheep of the
house of Israel.
Mt 15:25 But she came and gave him worship, saying, Help, Lord.
Mt 15:26 And he made answer and said, It is not right to take the children's bread and
give it to the dogs.
Mt 15:27 But she said, Yes, Lord: but even the dogs take the bits from under their masters'
table.
-----------------------------------------------------------
The Sad Part Here Is That Jesus Agreed To help This Poor Women ONLY After She Agreed To Accept This Insult
From The Mouth of Jesus. She said:
Yes, Lord: but even the dogs take the bits of food that fall to the flood
from under their masters' table.
This Poor Women, At The Hands of Jesus, Had to Crawl and Accept This Insult before He Decided To
Help Her. One Has To Wonder…. Who The REAL DOG Was In This Story!
From: "Hard Sayings Of The Bible" by Walter Kaiser, Peter H. Davids, F.F. Bruce and Manfred
T. Brauch
Page 424: "The saying was a hard one in the first instance to the women, yet not so hard that it put
her off: if Jesus' healing ministry was for Jewish children and not for the Gentile dogs, yet she reminded him that the dogs
commonly get what the children leave over, and that was what she was asking him to give
her and her daughter.
To the modern reader it is hard because it seems so inconsistent with the character of Jesus. It's
hardnessis put in blunt terms by one writer: "Long familiarity with this story, together with the traditional picture of the
gentleness of Jesus, tends to obscure the shocking intolerance of the saying."
