I understand that there will be a number of mistakes here.  Much of this process comes down to a matter of personal opinion.  I am a fan of a dozen teams, but that excludes close to two dozen others, so I don’t know every move everybody is making.  However, I believe this is one of the most playable XBox rosters at present.  The Operation Sports community roster is pretty damn good, as well, if you're looking for an alternative.
