The Make-A-Wish Foundation grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions
to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.

The Dwelling Place
The Dwelling Place provides transitional housing opportunities and support for families experiencing
homelessness, helping them to achieve and maintain self sufficiency. It allows them to stay together while The Dwelling
Place staff provides support and guidance. During their time in the program, family members are able to address the
issues that led them to homelessness. Everything that The Dwelling Place does reflects a belief that the potential represented
by homeless families--both children and adults--should not be wasted.

Germantown HELP partners with area businesses, churches and individuals to provide emergency
food assistance and prescription medication assistance to residents of Germantown, Maryland.
