Okay it's been over a Year...
Since my last entry. I doubt anybody reads this anyway.
A few updates:
Mastectomy: November 2005. Began taking Femara 1/06, been on it more than a year now. It's just a little
pill once a day, no problem. I think it makes me tired and more sensitive to temperature changes. My knees are a little stiff.
I know it gives me hot flashes and they wake me up every night, but - I can deal.
Last Birthday 9/1/06 - Now I'm 61. As of this month I'm 61 1/2. I still feel about 40 except for the knees
and the new fatigue.
My life: rolls on as usual. Same job, same catz, same house - oh but with a new bathroom sink and
toilet (Yay!)
My Kidz - still perfect. It's great having grownup kids with incomes. For Yule they gave me a beautiful
digital TV and a DVD player, something I never would have gotten for myself. I'm really glad they did; I'm lovin it.
My Mom - still having fun. She'll be 90 on April 2. I don't know what to give her - she has everything already.
