Megan is finishing 5th grade this year. She loves school, and has always liked her
teachers. She made the Gold honor roll for all 3 marking periods so far t his year, and
we expect the same for the 4th marking period. She made a new year resolution in 3rd grade to get straight A's, and
she did so in 4th and 5th grade. She knows we are proud either way as long as she tries. This week
her favorite color is blue (I think). She is a 3rd year Junior Girl Scout and proud to be one.
This is her 5th year as a girl scout. Megan loves to read and do science experiments, and can kick her fathers
but at checkers. She is awesome at Nick Trivia (I think she watches too much TV). Megan plays the violin, and
had a solo in the spring concert this year. She is also on the travel soccer team for our township this year.
She's been playing township soccer since Spring 2005. She did basketball for one winter season, but we are getting
so bogged down with extra activities, I think we may just stick with soccer. Megan is 11 years old and is
going through a tough time right now trying to gain some independence but knows she is still a child. I guess this
is normal at this age, but she loves to push my buttons and test her limits. She'll be entering the middle school in
September. A whole new big world is opening up for her. She loves to help people and has a very giving heart.

| Some days she's the Good witch and some days, well...... |
I'm wondering if there is something to this witch thing. Megan has dressed up as some kind
of witch or another for at least half of her Halloweens. Hmmm.... well, regardless, she's my witch and we love her just
the same.
