Well oh boy, what can we say about Rileigh Girl. She learns from the best...her sisters.
Rileigh is finishing 1st grade this year. We cannot beleive how big she has gotten as well, although she
only weighs 39 pounds. She loves school and her teacher and, she finally got into reading, and is now loving
it. It was a tough road because she asked: "who needs to learn how to ready anyhow?" What a trip. So
that was a little battle, but we got through it.
Rileigh started soccer a little later than her sisters, and played for all but this past
spring season. Her daddy was her coach also. She doesn't play any instruments yet, but I imagine she'll want to
play something like her sister.
Rileigh is a 1st year Brownie Girl Scout, this is only her 2nd year as a scout. She got straight
O's in school for the 3rd marking period which is great for her since she had such a hard time adapting to school and managed
to get lots of notes home about behavior. But she is figuring out what is acceptable and what is not.
She had swimming lessons for the spring instead of soccer, she's been swimming in the deep end since
last year when she was 5. She'll be 7 in August, I can't believe how big she is getting. She has a way to smile
to make you forget that she's done something she shouldn't.
