Formado Canguru (Antonio Marcos Correa) was born in Santos, Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1969 and started capoeira in 1998. He has experience in many different places. In Porto, he participated in a capoeira contest of Lagoa da Saudade II which belongs to ASCAB, and won second place in the male solo. In California, he had the opportunity to meet and see many different mestres and capoeira styles. In ASCAB, he started capoeira with Mestre Doutor and Mestre Bandeira. He's been back to Brazil a number of times to further his development in ASCAB style. He has had the opportunity to learn from Mestres, Corisco, Camarao,C.Mestre Felipe.
