The Rock Fitness Center is our faith-based gym.  The gym helps us to feed the homeless with our food pantry, gives meeting space and facilities to recovery groups, and helps give guidance to teens by keeping them off the streets. This faith-based gym helps teach kids that they have a purpose.  We also have programs for seniors. Click here for more information
