Trial and Booking Policy:
Trials
Trials are on a first come first serve basis.
Your wedding day will be held for seven (7) days following the trial.
Booking
Deposit can be made either at the trial or until seven days after the trial. This
deposit will be subtracted from your services the day of your wedding. The agreed upon minimum, must be met in order
to book services.
If you are reserving your wedding date for the following year, a $50.00 deposit is required.
*If we are not contacted after the seven day trial grace period, your wedding date
will be released.*
*Booking deposits are non-refundable*
The Hair Genie requires a 3/5 person minimum. This includes the bride. If on the
day of the wedding the requirement is not met, you are responsible for payment in full of the initial minimum requirement.
Appointments
Appointments are taken up to three months following your initial email to The Hair
Genie. If you choose to hold off until further in the year, you do have the option of holding your day with a deposit.
