I. The Solo Form: The form is a vehicle for the study.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, you
can grow your practice by deepening your understanding of the thirteen powers (aka postures) at the core of all tai chi. “If you thoroughly grasp the thirteen postures, each posture will reveal its infinite marvels.” The Song of the Thirteen Postures; trans. Douglas Wile
All levels, all styles are welcome,
No experience necessary.
II. Push Hands Drills: Change is the only constant.
The body, mind and our life energy are all nourished by
our solo bare-hand practice, but to advance further – to take the benefits of the art into our lives, our daily activities,
and most importantly, our interactions with other people, we must study push hands.
Here we learn to connect, to listen, to understand, to accept and to transform.
All levels are welcome. No experience necessary.
