Mary Ann & I hadn't camped out in many years, but we tried it for a weekend up at Port Henry, NY. We bought a new cabin tent at Morsans and met the Henckels and Ferries there at the campsite. It started to rain promptly that night. We quickly found that you need more than a tent to camp. Luckily John & Georgeann brought a tarp to set up- and we all actually fit under it. This was our first lesson- always bring something you can use as a tarp. We used a lantern as our camp fire.
