I have been interested in the skies above us since the age of 10, and if its not the Stars and the Planets,
its the weather. My first telescope was a small 10X telescope I had to kneel on the ground to see through the eyepiece. It
sure was mighty cold on the ground during the winter months. Next came a 80X Gilbert. Both of these telescopes I still have
and are pictured below. These were followed my a 8 inch Dobsonian,Meade ETX105. I'm presently using a Celestron Advanced Series
C80ED-R and a Maksutov MK-67 a 6 inch Russian telescope.
