With the legal limit for driving your motor vehicle after ingesting alcohol having been lowered to .08 BAC., it is easier than ever to find yourself on the wrong side of a police arrest.

 

    Depending on your physical size - .08 can be as few as 2-3 drinks in a two hour period. For some, even less.

 

    We have all heard of the dangers of drinking and driving - and add to that the new penalties and new limit - and you have the double punishment of severe legal consequences.

 

    Add to this - a new law that is called "Aggracated DWI" - promising more severe penalties for higher blood alcohol content. USE CAUTION - drinking and driving can not only be dangerous - but increasingly more difficult - from a legal perspective.
