Responsible Groups Welcome: The Ski House is intended for family groups. Sororities, fraternities or unchaperoned groups are asked not to apply for accommodations. Maximum occupancy 10 people. No pets are allowed. No smoking is permitted on property.

Making a Reservation: It's easy to make a reservation. Simply surf our site, pick out your favorite dates, and call us at 609-204-8412 to confirm the date and finalize the rental agreement.  Send in rental agreement with 50% of the rental amount for your reservation.

Security/Damage/Cleaning Deposit: All reservations require a $400 refundable security deposit with your balance payment. Your security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of your departure provided there is no damage, the house is left in good condition, the keys are secured at the house and you vacate the premises no later than 11:00 a.m.

Payments: The prices quoted  on this web site are based on payments sent to us by mail or paid to us in person. We accept either personal checks or money orders.

Balance of Rent: Remaining balances (50% of rent and the security/damages/cleaning deposit) are due two weeks prior to your stay. You may pay this by personal check or money order. Should your personal check be returned for any reason, there would be a $50 service charge added to your balance. All payments must be in U.S. funds.

Cancellations: The Advance Rent Payment will not be refunded if reservation is canceled within 30 days of reservation date unless we can rebook the house.  YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR ADVANCE RENT PAYMENT (1/2 of the full payment).
