Michel Bentley has written textbooks, tradebooks,
and curriculum materials including two books for middle school and high school students published by the Princeton Review:
Astronomy Smart Junior (1996) of the award-winning Smart Junior reference works for early teens, and Earth Science Review
(1998).
He has co-authored with Chris Ebert of the University of South Carolina and Edward Ebert of Coker College, SC, Teaching
Constructivist Science K-8 (Corwin, 2007) and The Natural Investigator: A Constructivist Approach to Elementary and Middle
School Science (2000, Wadsworth/Thomson Learning). In 2009 he is working on two book projects.
