Our Potstickers are made fresh, uncooked and flashed frozen
in minutes.
Due to the nature of shipping and handling frozen foods, especially in warmer
weather there might be a possibility that a bag might become defrosted.
To help you inspect the quality of the Potstickers we have installed a small window on
the back of the bag. There are two signs to look for if a bag has defrosted.

The vegetables in the
filling look almost black. This is caused similar to fresh cut fruit when exposed to air for a period of time.

The dough has soften and if refrozen the Potstickers will
stick together into a breakable lump.
Any of theses points are unacceptable and you should returned the bag to
the store for an exchange or a full refund.
