REMA NEWS: ___________________________________________   REMA 2009 ___________________________________________ Tournament Results   Even with a delayed start and a rain delay on Saturday, we managed to get two rounds in the books and crowned a new winner of the President's Cup.    John Hamm posted a very respectable net score of 134 over two days to best three other players tied at 135.     Full Tournament Results   In addition, the seven low gross scores qualified for the Championship Flight.  These seven golfers will face Jeff Benton, defending Club Champion in July.    Bob Strickler - 143 Rex Feldmiller - 146 Jon Elias - 148 Chris Yost - 149 John Hamm - 152 Mark Heisey - 152 Stan Doyle - 152.   The first and second round will be 18 holes, Match Play.  The final round determining the club champion will be contested over 36 holes, Match Play.    It's still not too late to join REMA.  Member dues are $85.00, which includes prize money for all REMA tournaments and the Club Championship Entry fee.  REMA members continue to enjoy discounted greens fees on tournament days, a 10% discount on pro shop mechandise and your USGA Handicap.       2009 RESULTS   April 5, 2009 (Individual Gross/Net) April 18, 2009 (Individual Gross/Net) May 3, 2009 (Individual Gross/Net) May 23-24, 2009 (Two-Man Mixed Format) June 7, 2009 (Individual Quota) June 20-21, 2009 (Frank Moore Memorial/Presidents Cup   The club championship will be held over two weekends, July 11, 18 & 19, 2009.    ___________________________________________     2009 REMA Application and Schedule (in PDF Format)
