Flights are based on combined handicap indexes of the two
man teams.
Each person plays their own ball through the round. Both scores are recorded.
In addition, the better of the two scores is also entered on a separate line for each hole.
For example Player 1 has a 5 on the first hole and Player 2 has a 4 on the first
hole. The better ball score is recorded as a 4 for the first hole.
You are only competing against other teams in your flight.
Payouts (per flight) are based on the number of teams in each flight.
