Each player is given a point quota, based on his handicap.
36 - handicap = point quota.
For example, if you have a 15 handicap, your point quota would
be 21.
Points are scored: Bogey - 1, Par - 2, Birdie - 3, Eagle -
5. The player whose point total for 18 holes most exceeds his point quota (or comes closest) wins.
