Thursday, June 7, 2007 Greenbelt Lake In Trouble Greenbelt Lake is quickly becoming a marsh due to lack of routine maintenance. The Council has already   paid an outside consultant to give recommendations. Tell your members of council that we expect a little less talk and lot more action We have not had a partial drain in over ten years!!! Lets start with this and give the residents a chance to clean some of the muck up!. Yes it will smell but we have dealt with this before. Install the Bubblers in the cove areas. You know the feeling. You are walking down Lakeside Drive and you feel like a target for cars zooming past you. What should be done ? Speed Bumps?, Stop Signs?,Code Enforcement?
