RETRIEVAL AND SUBMITTAL METHODS
We retrieve dictated reports on standard and micro cassette tapes through our convenient in-house
courier services or through U.S mail services. After the dictated reports are successfully transformed into completed medical
reports, they are submitted through safe email attachments, personal delivery through our in-house courier services, or through
U.S mail; ready for the physician's signature and review. The tapes are promptly returned to the physician for future references.

The time frame that we accept payments are contingent on when your company processes their payroll
or billing schedules, weekly or bi-weekly.

In addition to the above formats described, we also transcribe surgical, operative, and lab reports
in its recommended format (AAMT style reports)
The referral and consultations letters are drafted and formatted into business letter styles
(recommended).
BENEFITS OF OUR SERVICES
CONTRACTS: Although we do not require signing of a contract
between the transcriptionist and the client, we encourage it to ensure quality and promptness of completed transcripts. The
contract highlights the specific duties that the transcriptionist will fulfill and enables a working relationship with
the client. A contract is available upon request of the client.
With or without the signing of a contract, completed transcripts are still of the highest
quality.
LOCAL-all dictated reports are transcribed in the State of Maryland. We do
not export tapes to other companies.
HIPAA COMPLIANT-I recognize the importance of patient confidentiality, and I recommend
signing a patient confidentiality form.
ECONOMICAL PRICING- The rates that I offer are economical. I provide medical
transcription services at a flat rate of 7.9 cents per 65 character
line.
TURN AROUND TIME- I submit completed hard copies of dictated tapes within
a 24 hour period. For each 60 minute of dictated reports, I require two-three hours of transcription time.
EXPERIENCE- I have a two year degree in Office Administration (Medical Transcription),
four years of multi specialty transcription which includes general surgery, and two years of acute care MT.
